Cancellations and refunds

kcc incurs costs if bookings are cancelled, which impacts on our ministry.

All cancellations must be advised in writing to the kcc Office

All registration cancellations attract a $20.00pp admin fee

All accommodation cancellations attract a $20.00pp admin fee

Cancellations received after Tuesday, 29 July 2008 are non-refundable (in part or in full)
